Welcome to the British English 1 to 1 language tutoring service. We're excited to help you improve your English language skills. Before we get started, please take a moment to review our service terms.

1. Tutoring Sessions
Tutoring sessions will be conducted online via an agreed-upon platform or in-person at an agreed location.
Sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability between the tutor and the student.
Each session will typically last for 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment
Payment for tutoring services will be made in advance by purchasing a package of 10 sessions.
Accepted payment methods include credit and debit card (via PayPal) and bank transfer.
All payments are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Conduct
Both the tutor and the student are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during sessions.
Disrespectful or discriminatory language or behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

5. Materials and Resources
The tutor will provide appropriate learning materials and resources for each session.
Students are encouraged to participate in the learning process and complete any assigned tasks.

6. Confidentiality
Any personal or sensitive information shared during tutoring sessions will be kept confidential.
Both the tutor and the student agree not to disclose any confidential information shared during sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability
The tutor is not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of the student's use of the language skills taught during tutoring sessions.

8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the tutoring services with written notice.
In the event of termination, any remaining sessions for which payment has been made will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

9. Amendments
These service terms may be amended from time to time at the discretion of the tutor.
Any amendments will be communicated to the student in writing.
